Ritual of Calm Giveaway — Legal bases
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The organizing entity of this giveaway is Laboratorios Clerea SLU, with Tax ID B24828790, registered address at Avda. Tenor Fleta 24 Esc. Dcha. 8ºDcha - 50007 - Zaragoza, owner of the Clerea Cosmetics brand and the Instagram profile @clereacosmetics.

2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY
Clerea Cosmetics is organizing the “Ritual de Calma” giveaway for promotional purposes, to introduce the brand, its self-care universe, and The Essential Ritual, a facial routine composed of three facial care products.
Participation in the giveaway is free and does not imply any purchase obligation.
3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The giveaway will be valid only for residents of peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Entries from other territories are excluded, unless expressly decided by Clerea Cosmetics.
4. TEMPORAL SCOPE
The giveaway will begin on June 17 at 9:00 AM, coinciding with the publication of the giveaway on the @clereacosmetics Instagram profile.
The participation period will end on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
The winners will be selected on July 1, 2026, at 12:30 PM.
Entries received outside the indicated period will not be considered valid.
5. PARTICIPANTS
Natural persons over 18 years of age, residing in peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands, who have a real and active Instagram account and meet the requirements established in these legal terms, may participate in the giveaway.
Employees, direct collaborators, suppliers linked to the management of the giveaway, or direct relatives of the organizing entity may not participate.
Clerea Cosmetics reserves the right to exclude fraudulent entries, automated entries, entries made from fake profiles, duplicate profiles, profiles created exclusively to participate in giveaways, or accounts whose main activity is mass participation in promotions.
6. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To participate correctly in the giveaway, the participant must:
1. Follow the @clereacosmetics Instagram profile.
2. Comment on the official giveaway post by answering the question:
What small gesture helps you return to calmness?
3. Mention a real person in the same comment who could also enjoy a calming ritual for their skin.
Each person may make a maximum of 2 valid comments, provided they mention different people and the comments meet the indicated conditions.
Mentions of brands, commercial profiles, celebrity accounts, fake accounts, inactive profiles, or generic mentions that do not reasonably correspond to a real person will not be considered valid.
Sharing the post in stories will not be an mandatory requirement to participate.
7. PRIZE
3 winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive 1 unit of The Essential Ritual from Clerea Cosmetics, consisting of:
Calm Mousse · Cleansing Foam
Essential Glow · Hydrating Serum
Hydra-Vital Essence 24h · Hydrating Facial Cream
The approximate value of each prize is €99.
The prize cannot be exchanged for money, discounts, other products, or any other type of compensation.
Clerea Cosmetics reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if, for justified reasons, it is not possible to deliver the initially planned prize.
8. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND ALTERNATES
The selection of the winners will take place on July 1, 2026, at 12:30 PM, using an external random comment selection tool for Instagram.
The following will be selected:
3 winners.
3 alternate persons.
Once the random selection is made, Clerea Cosmetics will manually verify that the selected persons meet the participation requirements established in these terms.
If a winner does not meet the requirements, cannot be contacted, rejects the prize, or does not respond within the established period, Clerea Cosmetics will contact the first available alternate person in the order of selection.
The selection process may be documented through screen recording or internal record to ensure the traceability of the giveaway.
9. COMMUNICATION TO WINNERS
Clerea Cosmetics will contact the winners via private message from the official Instagram profile @clereacosmetics.
Winners will have a maximum of 48 hours from the first contact to respond and provide the necessary data to manage the prize shipment.
If a winner does not respond within this period, it will be understood that they waive the prize, and the next available alternate person will be contacted.
Clerea Cosmetics will not request bank details, payments, verification codes, or information unrelated to the management of the prize shipment.
10. PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize will be sent to the address provided by each winner, always within the geographical scope indicated in these terms.
The data requested for shipping will be strictly necessary: full name, postal address, contact phone number for the courier, and, if applicable, contact email.
Clerea Cosmetics is not responsible for errors in the data provided by the winner or for delivery incidents resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
11. PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
Clerea Cosmetics may announce via Instagram stories that the winners have been selected and contacted.
12. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided by the winners will be processed by Laboratorios Clerea SLU for the sole purpose of managing the giveaway, verifying participation, and processing the prize shipment.
The legal basis for processing will be the execution of the relationship derived from participation in the giveaway and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Data will not be used for sending commercial communications unless the interested party has given express consent through other means.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by contacting info@clereacosmetics.com, indicating “Data Protection — Ritual de Calma Giveaway” in the subject line.
13. TAXATION
The prize may be subject to applicable tax regulations regarding giveaways, prizes, or random combinations for advertising or promotional purposes.
Clerea Cosmetics will manage, if applicable, the tax obligations corresponding to it as the organizing entity.
The winner will be responsible for complying with any personal tax obligations that may arise from accepting the prize, if applicable.
14. DISCLAIMER FROM INSTAGRAM
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or is in any way associated with this giveaway.
Participation in the giveaway implies the complete release of Instagram from any liability arising from the promotion.
15. RESPONSIBILITY
Clerea Cosmetics is not responsible for technical incidents, service outages, connection errors, Instagram limitations, lost comments, blocked accounts, privacy settings, or any other circumstances beyond its control that could affect participation.
Clerea Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the giveaway due to justified reasons, force majeure, or circumstances that prevent its proper development.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
Any participation that does not meet the established requirements may be excluded.
17. APPLICABLE LAW
This giveaway will be governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties will submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.
