2. Users
Access and use of this portal attributes the condition of USER, who from that moment accepts these General Conditions of Use. These conditions apply independently of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory in each case.
3. Use of the Website
The website https://clereacosmetics.com provides access to information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, "the contents") belonging to Clerea Cosmetics or its licensors.
The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal, including the registration necessary to access certain services, and will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.
The USER undertakes not to use the contents and services of the portal for, among other behaviors:
- Illegal or illicit activities or those contrary to good faith and public order.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between Clerea Cosmetics and the USER is governed by current Spanish legislation.
For the resolution of any dispute or claim arising from this legal notice:
- If the USER is a consumer or end-user, judicial jurisdiction will correspond to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with current procedural regulations and article 90 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
- If the USER acts as a company or professional, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza.
